We have been asked to really take a look at what’s important to us during the past year. It has been the year to really start including us in our choices and no longer just going with the flow to keep others happy at our own expense. Becoming very aware of where we spend our energy and time.
It is super important to acknowledge what you’ve already let go of and who you’ve become.
When we come together as a group (more than one) it can help us unlock and release some of those things that no longer us that we either weren’t aware of or have had trouble letting go of. As a collective it amplifies the healing energy and insights we receive. This allows you to see and release those things that you’re ready to let go of.
