✨ Sacred Cacao Ceremonies✨

Cacao is a gentle and powerful plant spirit medicine that helps you connect more with your heart.

We come together virtually delivered on a live zoom call for this Sacred Full Moon Cacao Circle. This is safe space to pause and take time out for you. This is a powerful space in which to set intentions, be grateful and celebrate all of you, along with acknowledging everything that is important to you.

This is your Sacred time with other like minded souls.  A time to still and quiet your mind, to go on an inwards journey, without outside distractions. The Spirit of Cacao helps you connect with your heart and brings you into more harmony with your heart, so that you can begin to hear and experience your inner wisdom. Connecting to spirit and your guidance system.

We will be in Sacred Circle for approximately 90 minutes where your spirit team and Andy’s will surround you and hold you in a safe and nurturing space. During this time she will introduce you to the Spirit of Cacao and guide you gently through a meditation, to connect at a deeper soulful level in within your heart space.

There will be space for journaling and reflection as this helps to integrate the ceremony and your intentions. 

Then Andy will lead you through an invocation and close the ceremony.

What you will need! 

• Ceremonial Cacao (explained below)
• A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
• A Pillow and a Blanket
• Your Journal

Optional Extras

Ceremonies are very individual so feel free to add these extras or what you feel called to include.

• Clear your space with sage or essential oils
• Crystals
• Oracle Cards
• Anything else you would like to include in your ceremony

 Once you have Registered!

You will receive an email with a recipe on how to make your Cacao with love and intention. Along with the ingredients that can be added. If you have allergies to anything please leave them out. 

Delivery will be given LIVE on Zoom

If you have any medical conditions please read the contraindications below the register button before registering. 

If you do not wish to drink Cacao but are feeling called to join the ceremony, know you can use your favourite herbal tea.

Contraindications

Antidepressants:

Depending on dosage, SSRI antidepressants and anti-psychotics are not compatible with the MAOI’s (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors in Cacao) Sometimes low doses of Ceremonial Cacao are ok but always check with your medical doctor first. 

Heart Rate:

Cacao will raise your heart rate slightly. If an increase in your heart rate could cause medical problems, drink less.  Always check with your Medical Doctor First. 

Blood Pressure:

If you have a blood pressure condition please check with your Medical Doctor (Some people have reported that with low pressure that Cacao has helped to stabilize their heart and helps them. (Again please check with your doctor first)

Pregnancy:

Always check with your Medical Doctor

Chemotherapy:

Always check with your Medical Doctor

How is Ceremonial Cacao Different to Cacao?

Ceremonial Grade Cacao uses the whole bean. When using Cacao for chocolate the Cacao butter is removed and oftentimes heavily process.

Ceremonial Cacao or Ceremonial Grade Paste is made by fermenting and lightly toasting or sun-drying the beans, peeling the husks (oftentimes by hand) and then stone-grinding them down into a paste which sets into a block. The whole Cacao Bean is used. Nothing added or removed.  Ceremonial Cacao often comes from Peru, Guatemala, or Mexico.

Where can I source Ceremonial Cacao?

You could check out your local wholefoods store or health shop for Ceremonial Cacao or search for it online.
