It’s devastating when you lose someone close. Even harder when it was unexpected. You may not have had a chance to say goodbye. You may not have told them you loved them, appreciated them and were grateful and thankful for having them in your lives. Worse still your last words to each other may have been heated. You may have been meant to be there too. There may have been questions around their death.

You may even be the one who found them. (this can leave you with a memory of them, that it’s really hard to shake – or even nightmares).

All of this can leave you with a lot of unanswered questions, guilt or what if’s.
